Scope

• Worldwide, meaning the content is available to be licensed in all countries
• Unlimited for an infinite number of projects
• Non-transferable

Restrictions

User with a Standard License may not use the digital asset (mockup) for:

• Products for resale
• Digital advertisement
• Print runs

Commercial License

With the purchase of a Commercial License, users obtain additionally the following rights:

Products for resale

Use of the digital assets in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution where the primary value lies in the content itself including, without limitation, cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other media), DVDs, CDs, LPs, mobile applications or other items for resale, license or other distribution for profit. This includes "on demand" products (meaning products in which content is selected by a third party for customization on such products on a made-to-order basis), including, without limitation, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters, and other items.

Digital advertisement

Users may use digital assets for digital online advertising within paid placement or promotional or marketing content in mobile and desktop applications for an unlimited number of impressions.

Print runs

Users may reproduce the content no more than 10,000 times in physical print form.

Users are restricted from using the Website or its content:

1. For any unlawful purpose;

3. To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
